Christopher Brennan serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Allucent since January 2020. Prior to this role, Brennan held significant positions including Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Bioclinica / Navits Life Sciences from April 2016 to January 2020, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at NBTY from March 2012 to March 2016. Brennan's legal career began at Quinnova Pharmaceuticals Inc. as General Counsel, with previous experience as General Counsel at PharmaNet Development Group, Inc. and corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP / Dechert LLP. Brennan also served as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1992 to 1997, receiving multiple commendations including the Air Force Commendation Medal. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law, an MSSc. from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University.
