Dr. Kasi V. Ruddraraju's work experience includes roles at various companies and academic institutions. They started their career as a Research Scientist at AMRI (Albany Molecular Research Inc.) from May 2007 to July 2010. They then continued their education and worked as a Graduate Student at the University of Missouri from August 2011 to July 2016. Following that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Purdue University from August 2016 to July 2020. At Nitto Avecia, Dr. Ruddraraju held the position of Innovation Analytical Chemist from August 2020 to October 2021 and subsequently became a Senior Scientist II from November 2021 to July 2023. Currently, Dr. Ruddraraju is a Senior Scientist II at Alltrna, starting from July 2023.
Dr. Kasi V. Ruddraraju completed their education in the field of Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. Dr. Kasi V. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Osmania University in the years 2001 to 2004. Dr. Kasi V. then pursued a Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry from the same university between 2005 and 2007. Subsequently, Dr. Ruddraraju attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organic Chemistry from 2011 to 2016. Following their formal education, they pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in Biotechnology at Purdue University.
In addition to their formal education, Dr. Ruddraraju has also obtained several certifications. Dr. Kasi V. received a MDPI Review Confirmation Certificate from MDPI in January 2023. In September 2022, they obtained two certifications: "Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers" from LinkedIn, and "Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems" also from LinkedIn. In April 2021, they became a Reviewer Board Member of MDPI. Additionally, they obtained a Reviewer Certificate from Wiley for the Journal of Heterocyclic Chemistry in February 2020 and July 2019. Dr. Kasi V. also received a Certificate of Reviewing BMCL from Elsevier Author Services in January 2019, and an ACS Publications Reviewing Activity certificate from the American Chemical Society in August 2018.
