Kim Vrooman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy consulting, organizational leadership, and communication. Currently serving as a Strategy Consultant at Allsup Charitable Services since December 2022, Kim Vrooman previously held significant roles such as Executive Director at Belleville Area Humane Society and Co-Founder of KiCo Creative. Kim Vrooman has been involved in the EarthSol collective since 1999, collaborating with fellow songwriter Matt Scott. Educationally, Kim Vrooman holds a Post-Masters Certificate in Leadership and Teams from Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Master of Arts in Composition Theory and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and University of Missouri-Saint Louis, respectively. Additionally, Kim Vrooman has substantial teaching experience at Southwestern Illinois College and has contributed to the community through various nonprofit leadership roles.
