Valerie DeVore is an experienced professional with a strong background in product operations and fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Product Operations Manager at Allstate since February 2008, Valerie has implemented strategies to enhance growth, retention, and margins in Arizona and Oklahoma while providing education to agents and sales leaders on various relevant topics. Prior roles at Allstate include Product Operations Associate Manager and Senior Product Consultant. Valerie also has extensive experience as a group fitness instructor at numerous fitness organizations, including EOS Fitness, Fitness Works, and Golds Gym of Gurnee, where classes ranged from Body Pump to Tabata Training. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University, completed in 2003.
