Rodney McNeil, CPSM, is an experienced sourcing and category management professional with a proven track record in optimizing spending across various industries. Currently serving as Sourcing Lead at Allstate since August 2021, Rodney manages category strategies for Data and Business Intelligence. Prior experience includes roles as Category Manager - IT at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed strategies for $180M in hardware and software spending, and as Category Manager - Fleet at Direct Energy, optimizing $15M in annual spend for a fleet of approximately 2,500 vehicles. Earlier in the career, Rodney was a Contract Specialist at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, overseeing procurement in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations for significant agency programs. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
