As the Founder and Design Director of Design Access, LLC, James has created award-winning eLearning and marketing solutions for over 60 Fortune 500 companies. Previous roles include Instructional Designer at Cardinal Health and BMO Harris Bank, where engaging training programs were delivered involving advanced multimedia elements. James began an extensive career in design as an Industrial Designer and Architect, earning degrees in Industrial Design and Computer Science from North Carolina State University and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
