Ellen Winston is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading creative initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Design Lead at Allstate since November 2021, Ellen focuses on enhancing the design system for advertising and marketing, successfully launching an illustration system along with comprehensive guidelines. Prior to Allstate, Ellen contributed as a Senior Designer at Wright Auction House from August 2016 to November 2021, playing a key role in producing collateral for globally recognized auctions. Previous positions include Art Director at Ogilvy & Mather, where collaboration with global brands occurred, and Freelance Designer at Crain Communications, assisting with print and digital publications. Ellen began a career in design as an intern at ALARM Press. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2014.
