Buddy Holbert is an experienced manager in cybersecurity program management, currently holding the position of Manager at Allstate since October 2018. With a background that includes roles as Project Manager at Duke Energy Corporation, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, Buddy has led diverse projects aimed at enhancing cybersecurity measures, identity access management, and global banking services. Previous military service as Chief of Staff in the US Army Reserves involved oversight of significant interagency operations. Buddy's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from Oklahoma City University, and ongoing doctoral studies in Systems Engineering at Colorado State University, along with a Master's in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College.
