Lisa La is a seasoned professional in insights and analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager at Allstate Canada since April 2015, overseeing the delivery of analytics for Sales, Service, Claims, and Broker Channels. Lisa has held various managerial roles within Allstate, recognized for excellence with multiple Employee Excellence Awards in 2017, 2020, and a nomination in 2022. Prior to Allstate, Lisa worked as a Commercial Underwriter at Chubb, receiving the Outstanding Achievement Award in 2014, and has held several underwriting positions at CNA Insurance and Wawanesa Insurance. Lisa's educational background includes a Fellowship Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, completion of the Big Data Analytics Program at York University, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from Ted Rogers School of Management - Toronto Metropolitan University.
