Karen Fockler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate compliance and customer relations within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Compliance at Allstate Canada since February 2010, Karen plays a pivotal role in developing and enhancing internal controls over financial reporting and regulatory risk as part of the SOX Program. Previous positions include Corporate Compliance Consultant and various leadership roles in customer experience and claims management, where Karen successfully executed corporate strategies and improved customer service standards. With a strong foundation in consumer relations from roles at Allstate Insurance and Pembridge Insurance Company, Karen has a proven track record of building positive relationships with stakeholders and effectively managing complex consumer complaints. Educational credentials include an Honours degree in Medical Terminology from Seneca Polytechnic.
