Jess Stephenson has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jess started their career as a Director in Residential Leasing at Stephenson Gray Residential Lettings from 2010 to 2013. Then, they joined Allsopp & Allsopp as a Property Sales & Leasing Consultant from 2013 to 2014. In this role, they were responsible for understanding client requirements, negotiating contracts, and working effectively as a team. Jess then transitioned to an Editor role for the 3367 Property Magazine, where they led the overhaul of the magazine and managed its production and distribution. Later, Jess became a Sales Progression Officer in 2015, managing client caseloads and ensuring smooth transactions. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales Progression at Allsopp & Allsopp starting from June 2019. In summary, Jess Stephenson has held various roles in the real estate industry, demonstrating their skills in sales, leasing, management, and operations.

Jess Stephenson attended The King's School in Tynemouth, UK from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they studied History, English Literature, Art, and German. After a break from education, Jess Stephenson enrolled at the National Federation of Property Professionals in 2011, completing their studies in 2012. They obtained a Technical Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management. In 2014, Jess Stephenson earned the certification of RERA Registered Broker from the Dubai Land Department.
