Chloe Kempton began their work experience in 2015 at SABA Properties JLT, where they served as the Head of Operations from June to August of that year. Chloe then joined Allsopp & Allsopp as the Head of Sales Progression in August 2015, holding the position until January 2017. From January 2017 to the present, Chloe has been the Residential Leasing Director at Allsopp & Allsopp. In October 2018, they also took on the role of Head of Training and Development at the company.

Chloe Kempton attended Leeds Beckett University from 2009 to 2012 where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a focus on Law. Prior to their university studies, Chloe attended Liverpool College independent school, although specific details regarding the duration and field of study are unavailable.
