Jourdan is responsible for running the residential auction department, together with his partners Stuart & Richard, which is the UK’s leading property auctioneer. In addition , Jourdan sits on Allsop’s operational board providing marketing and business generation advice to the firm.

Jourdan joined Allsop in September 1997 and has worked within the residential auction department ever since. He became an associate in 2005 and was subsequently promoted to Salaried Partner in 2008 . Jourdan became an Equity Partner in 2017.
