Marisa Parker has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Marisa currently serves as the Director of Operations at AllPro Healthcare Solutions. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Director at Hickory Hills Alzheimers Special Care Center, where they managed day-to-day operations, supervised employees, and built relationships with residents and their families. Marisa also worked as the Executive Director/ACLF Administrator at Sycamores Terrace Retirement Community, overseeing administrative operations and ensuring positive engagement among residents and staff. Marisa has also served as the Director of Sales & New Business at Advanced Structural Drying Technologies and as a Property Manager at Finsilver Friedman, Ambling Management Company, Education Realty Trust, M.A. Berman Properties, Inc., and First Management Services. Throughout their career, they have achieved high occupancy rates, implemented marketing strategies, and managed budgets to ensure the financial success of each property or organization they worked for.

Marisa Parker earned an Associate of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and Associate of Science in Nursing from Motlow State University in the years 2019 to 2021. Marisa also has certifications as a Dementia Live Coach from AGE-u-cate Training Institute, LLC in 2019 and as an ACLF Healthcare Administrator from the State of Tennessee in June 2018. Additionally, Marisa holds certifications as an Accredited Residential Manager and a Real Estate License from IREM and the State of TN, respectively.
