Kenneth Tan, MSc. IOP-HRM, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Allozymes, where the focus is on harnessing enzyme technology to develop sustainable biosolutions. With extensive experience in human resources, Kenneth held various leadership roles, including Human Resource Director at Golden Equator Group and Director of Human Resource at UEMS Solutions. Kenneth's background also includes positions at Markono Print Media, AnAn International Limited, Yusen Logistics, Global Airfreight International, Sino-Star Group of Companies, The HR People, and Shimizu Corporation. Kenneth's academic credentials include an Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology & Management of Human Resources from The City University of New York, a Bachelor's Degree (1st Class Honours) in Human Resources Management from Kingston University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Aventis Graduate School.
