Sophie Shin currently serves as the Senior Manager of Strategic Client Success at Alloy, having progressed through various roles in client success since January 2021. Previously, Sophie worked at Ocrolus as an Account Executive from November 2018 to January 2021, contributing to the fintech company's mission of transforming documents into actionable data. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Business Banking Manager at ANZ, where strategic solutions for business clients were provided, and as a Commercial Banking Consultant at both BOQ Specialist and Investec Australia, focused on high net worth professional clients. Sophie began their career as an Operations Analyst at Commonwealth Bank, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from UNSW.
