Jose Del Real currently serves as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Alloy since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jose worked at IBM as a Brand Technical Specialist and Technical Solution Specialist from August 2020 to February 2022. In mid-2020, Jose was a Strategy Consultant for We Are All Human. Jose's earlier experience includes serving as an IT Analyst at Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and as a Consultant with Illinois Business Consulting. Additionally, Jose held the position of Career Services Paraprofessional at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from April 2018 to December 2019. Educationally, Jose earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed a Bachelor of Science program at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in 2017.
