Prior roles include Vice President of Research and Executive Director at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, and the Head and owner of MAB Consulting. Bondensgaard spent over 14 years at Novo Nordisk A/S, where key responsibilities involved leading antibody technology initiatives, managing research teams, and overseeing cross-country collaborations. With an educational background that includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, Bondensgaard has a proven track record of selecting clinical lead candidates, establishing innovative research collaborations, and developing new antibody formats for various therapeutic areas.
