Max Kolysh is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in technology and startups. As the Founder and CEO of Dover since 2019, Max has developed a recruiting solution that enables data-driven hiring processes for startups. In addition, Max serves as a General Partner at Alloy Fund and holds board membership at Zinc, a company co-founded by Max that provides essential software for e-commerce sellers. Previous roles include Senior Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, Forward Deployed Engineer at Palantir Technologies, Software Engineer at Groupon, and Financial Services Consultant at Oliver Wyman. Max started a career in technology education as a Technical Instructor for the MIT Africa Information Technology Initiative. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
