Paul Faecks has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2017, they co-founded All Access and served as the Interim Operations Lead until 2018. During the same period, they also worked as a Digital Marketing & Business Development professional at code & co. In 2018, Paul joined sync. as a Crypto & Business Development specialist, leaving in early 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Project Student | DevOps at Earlybird Venture Capital from April to July, and then moved on to Deribit, where they served as Deribit Insights from July 2020 to October 2021. Currently, Paul is the CEO and Co-Founder of Alloy, starting in August 2021. Overall, Paul has focused on areas such as operations, marketing, business development, and crypto throughout their career.

Paul Faecks attended Technical University of Munich from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology and Management. At the same time, from 2019 to 2022, they also attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy.
