Vikram More has extensive experience in IT support and services, currently serving as a Global IT Support specialist at Allot since December 2021, providing technical assistance to users worldwide through various channels. Prior to this role, Vikram worked at Orbit Techsol as an IT Service Desk support for Thyssenkrupp, delivering proactive end-user support from December 2018 to December 2021. Additionally, Vikram served as a Senior Engineer deskside at Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd. for DP World from January 2017 to June 2018, focusing on network configuration, maintenance, and cable management. Vikram holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, completed in 2016, and completed secondary education at Mumbai University.
