Jaipal Khambra possesses extensive experience in telecommunications and technical support, currently serving as PS at Allot since August 2021. Prior to this, Jaipal worked at Accenture as a Cloud Tech Support Specialist for a brief period in 2021. A significant tenure was spent at Vasona Networks from May 2015 to March 2021 as a Field Solutions Specialist, focusing on data congestion control and traffic management solutions for various global clients including Cellcom USA and Telefonica UK. Jaipal's earlier roles include Technical Support Engineer at Huawei and System Engineer at Ericsson, both providing 2nd Level BSS support across multiple network generations. Jaipal's career began at MTS - Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd as a Specialist and included a short stint at Idea Cellular Ltd as a Senior Engineer. Jaipal holds a Master of Technology in Communication and Signal Processing from Jaipur National University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University.
