Diana Velasquez Gomez is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in service support and application engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Service Support Product Expert at Allot since March 2018, Diana has a strong background in executing hardware and software acceptance tests, as well as platform installations and software upgrades. Prior experience at Huawei Technologies involved implementing and supporting applications for various platforms, leading project service delivery while aligning with customer requirements.
