Dekel Hen has over a decade of experience in engineering and technical roles, currently serving as the Engineering Lab Team Leader at Allot Communications since February 2012. In this role, Dekel oversees a team focused on security and monetization solutions for service providers, leveraging network intelligence to enhance customer engagement and protect assets. Prior to this position, Dekel worked as a lab and testing technician, managing setups and providing guidance to subcontractors. Earlier experience includes conducting ATE tests at Axerra Networks and practical engineering at TI Israel. Dekel holds a degree in practical engineering with a focus on electronics and software from Hermelin College.
