Kenny Peluso is a co-founder and R&D lead at Upshot since September 2019, with prior experience as a full-stack developer at John Hancock, where contributions included co-designing and implementing a decentralized risk hedging platform. Kenny served as a tech lead and instructor at Wantagh Tech Day from December 2013 to January 2018, where responsibilities included developing a Python course and managing a team. Additional experience includes roles as a summer associate at Bulger Partners, a business intelligence intern at KVH Industries, a programmer at Radium2 Capital, a psychology researcher at Brown University, and a summer intern at Platinum Rapid Funding Group. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Brown University, earned in 2018.
