Caroline Orsi has extensive experience in process improvement and digital transformation, currently serving as Responsable Processus & Digitalisation and Product Owner at Allopneus.com since March 2020. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as a consultant at ALTEN and held the position of Responsable performance et amélioration continue at HORTIVAL DIFFUSION, focusing on continuous improvement projects, productivity indicators, and Lean Management methods. Additional experience includes internships in various operational roles such as at Sapa Group and Crédit Mutuel, along with an academic background in engineering from ECAM Strasbourg-europe, completed in 2017.
