Frank Borriello has a diverse and extensive work experience in the biotechnology industry. Frank started their career as the Founder and Portfolio Manager at Biotech Horizons in 2005, where they managed portfolios and made investment decisions. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Vice President at LifeTech Research.
In 2008, Frank joined Millennium Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Business Development, where they played a key role in identifying and evaluating potential partnerships and collaborations. From 2016 to 2018, Frank worked at Moerae Matrix, Inc. as the fractional Chief Business Officer (CBO). In this role, they contributed to strategic decision-making and business development activities.
In 2016, Frank also started their own biotechnology consulting firm, FB Biotech Consulting, where they provided consulting services to various clients.
Since 2016, Frank has been serving as the CEO of Alloplex Biotherapeutics Inc, a cellular therapeutics company based in Boston. Frank leads the company in the development of SUPLEXA cells, a PBMC-derived multicellular adoptive immunotherapy.

Frank Borriello attended New York University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Following this, they pursued further education at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 1983 to 1991, earning both a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree. At the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, their field of study focused on Immunology and Cell Biology.
