Elissa Bloom is currently an Associate Scientist at Allogene Therapeutics, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Elissa served as a Faculty Research Assistant at Oregon Health & Science University from April 2021 to July 2022. Elissa's experience also includes a position as a Laboratory Technician at Oregon State University from September 2016 to March 2021, where Elissa began as a Student Laboratory Technician. Additionally, Elissa worked at the City of Corvallis as a Swim Lesson Supervisor and Swim Instructor from July 2018 to December 2020. Elissa's earlier roles at Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District from March 2014 to September 2017 encompassed various positions, including Head Guard, Swim Instructor, Lifeguard, and Swim Coach. Elissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Oregon State University, earned in 2020.
