Gareth Rowley is an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in SaaS sales and client management, currently working at Allocate Software since July 2001, focusing on the Public and Independent Healthcare sectors in the U.K. Previously, Gareth held the position of Business Development Manager at NEON Systems from July 2000 to June 2001, and served as a Client Sales Manager at ICL Fujitsu from October 1994 to June 2000, where responsibilities included systems and services sales within the Defence and public services markets. Gareth holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 1994, and an HND in Software Engineering from Farnborough College of Technology, obtained in 1991.
