Liene Kublina is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at allnex since July 2020, where contributions have a significant impact on various industries through the improvement of over 1,000 products. Prior to this role, Liene held multiple positions at CVO Recruitment Latvia from January 2004 to June 2020, including Business Manager and Senior Consultant, where expertise in recruitment and sourcing was established. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Practice Manager and Consultant in the CVO Technology Recruitment Division, a Recruiter, and a Junior Consultant, complemented by a role as a Lotus Notes Software Developer at IT Alise and a Web Developer at LPPT. Liene holds an engineering degree in IT and Computer Sciences from Rīgas Tehniskā Koledža, attained between 1994 and 1999.
