Juan Carrau is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in product development, management, and engineering roles. Currently, Juan serves as the Director of the eGen Power® Product Team at Allison Transmission, where responsibilities include overseeing advanced purchasing management. Previously held positions include VA/VE Manager at AxleTech, where efforts focused on new program developments for electric vehicle products, and various engineering and management roles at companies like Iveco Brasil and Meritor, where Juan contributed significantly to product engineering and cost reduction initiatives. Juan holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCS - University of Caxias do Sul, complemented by foundational education in Physics from Universidad de la República.
