Prior to joining Allison Homes, Sophie Kendal worked at Bellway Homes from January 2021 to December 2022 as a Land Manager and Land Buyer. Sophie's career began at Persimmon Homes, where from October 2017 to January 2021, Sophie held roles as a Land Buyer and Graduate Land Buyer.
