Michael Sarafa currently serves as Counsel at Butzel Long and is a Board Member at both Bloomfield Brother Rice High School and Hudson Avenue Partners. With extensive experience as an Executive at Alline Salon Group since June 2018 and as Managing Partner at Vision Growth Partners until August 2023, Michael has been involved in multi-unit salon operations and investments in growth-oriented companies. Previously, Michael held the position of CEO at Bank Of Michigan from January 2005 to February 2016. Michael Sarafa earned a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, a Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Center of Government, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University’s James Madison College.
