Natrisha Gehrman, RN, MAOL, serves as the Lead Clinical Auditor at Allina Health since May 2003, overseeing clinical business process audits and developing risk-based audit programs while mentoring team members and maintaining relationships with clinical partners. Natrisha's extensive nursing background includes roles as a Senior Clinical Auditor, Nursing Manager for a surgical floor, and Critical Care Staff RN in the Intensive Care Unit. In addition to nursing, Natrisha is an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields since 2019 and previously worked as a Nurse Navigator at HealthPartners. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a healthcare concentration from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from The College of St. Catherine.
