Amber Sausen AIA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP is a Principal at Alliiance, where leadership has spanned from August 2011 to the present, encompassing roles such as Senior Associate, Architect, and Sustainability Advocate. Previously, Amber served as President and Past President of Urban Sketchers from January 2017 to December 2020, leading a prominent international non-profit organization. Additionally, Amber was a member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Environmental Fund from December 2013 to December 2018, serving as Secretary of the Executive Committee in 2016. Other notable experiences include being a Teaching Artist at the Walker Art Center, a Designer and Intern at LHB, and various internships at RSP Architects and LEAD, Inc. Amber holds multiple degrees from the University of Minnesota, including a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Spanish Studies, with a focus on sustainable design.
