Miska Kaita has an extensive background in sales and management within the retail sector, currently serving as Sales Director for retail and field sales at Alligo since October 2020, overseeing operations in western and southern Finland and Estonia with full P&L responsibility. Prior to this role, Miska was the Director of Retail Sales at Alligo Group, managing 29 TOOLS shops and 7 Grolls shops. Miska also held various leadership positions at Grolls Oy, including Managing Director and Country Manager, as well as at Swedol AB. Earlier experience includes serving as Purchasing Manager at Mhn Teva-Team Oy. Miska Kaita graduated from Turku University of Applied Sciences and completed the HHJ-kurssi.
