Mikko Sairanen is an experienced Regional Manager at Alligo since May 2022, overseeing both TOOLS and Grolls stores and technical field sales in multiple regions including Kuopio, Joensuu, Kajaani, Varkaus, Iisalmi, and Kuusamo. Prior to this role, Mikko served as Area Sales Manager, managing field sales in North Savo and Kainuu. Mikko's earlier experience includes managing Grolls and TOOLS stores in Kuopio, where responsibilities included the construction of a new hypermarket and the launch of the TOOLS store. Additionally, Mikko contributed as a mentor for recent graduates and held various directorial positions in hardware stores, primarily focused on sales management and personnel leadership. Mikko holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences, alongside relevant certifications in service design and leadership.
