Lawrence Chen is a seasoned professional in product management and customer support, currently serving as the Head of Product Management & Customer Support and Director of Business Strategy at Alliedstar since May 2020, where responsibilities include managing product lines for intraoral scanners. Prior to this role, Lawrence worked at Carestream Dental from November 2014 to April 2020 as the Service Engineering Manager for Dental Products, leading a service engineering team and addressing product quality issues. Earlier in career, Lawrence worked at Carestream from July 2007 to November 2014 in various quality assurance roles, including Process Quality Assurance Engineer and Software Quality Engineer, focusing on software quality activities and reliability testing. Lawrence holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Southeast University, obtained in 2007.
