Nick Johndrow has a diverse background in the insurance industry. Nick started their career at Marsh Risk & Insurance Services as a Broker from September 2003 to July 2005. Following that, they joined Integro Insurance Brokers as a Vice President, where they worked from July 2005 to July 2013. In August 2013, they joined Allied World as an Assistant Vice President of Business Development and served in this role until July 2015. Nick then transitioned to the position of Vice President, Regional Executive - Southwest, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the Los Angeles branch and handled regional broker relations, client engagement, and business development for Allied World's Property, Casualty & Professional Lines products. As of January 2022, they have assumed the role of Vice President, National Broker Partnership Leader at Allied World.

Nick Johndrow attended UC Santa Barbara from 1998 to 2002, earning a BA degree in Business/Economics.
