Philip Larussa has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as Information Technology Manager at the Allied Pilots Association since November 2011, where previous roles included Network Manager, Network Administrator, and Help Desk Technician. Prior to this, Philip served in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician Second Class from September 2005 to September 2011. Educationally, Philip Larussa attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2012 to 2018 and completed studies at Arlington Bowie High School between 2001 and 2005.
