Rich Leonard is an experienced sales and business development professional with a strong background in the manufacturing and coatings industries. Currently serving as Sales Director at Allied PhotoChemical Inc. since January 2024, Rich has previously held the position of Director of Business Development at IBC Coatings Technologies, Ltd. from December 2021 to October 2023. Rich's expertise includes technical sales of surface treatments at Oerlikon, where roles spanned from Product Manager for Plastics to Account Manager and Process Manager.
