Amylynn Graf, MBA has over a decade of work experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. In 2011, they began their career as an Operations Manager at Sephora inside jcpenney. Amylynn then moved to The Eye Care Clinic in 2007, where they worked as a Medical Office Manager. In 2012, they joined Aetna Life Insurance Company as a Claims Benefit Specialist, where they trained incoming claims processors and maintained a quality rate of over 99% accuracy. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Brown Mackie College, where they recruited, interviewed and placed potential students, and increased student retention rates for the first 3, 6, and 12 months of programs. In 2015, they worked as a Human Resources and Intern Experience Program Coordinator at Ambassador Enterprises, LLC, where they handled full life cycle recruiting of interns for internal and affiliate companies. In 2019, they joined Rural Sourcing as a Human Resources & Recruiting Manager, where they focused on performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition. In 2020, they became an Adjunct Professor at Huntington University, teaching and coaching students during a five-week online Business Ethics course. In 2021, they began working as a DEI Strategy and Sourcing Manager and Senior Recruiting Sourcer and DEIB Strategist at SiteRx. Finally, in 2022, they joined Allied Payment Network as a Human Resources Manager, where they revamped the hiring and orientation process to increase retention, migrated to an HRIS system, and revamped the performance management process while handling the day-to-day responsibilities of Human Resources.
