Louise Phelan is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Brand Marketing at AIB Merchant Services since May 2023. Prior roles include Marketing Manager at PepTalk from August 2020 to May 2023, Marketing Manager at The Helix from July 2016 to August 2020, and Group Marketing Controller at Joe Duffy Group from February 2015 to July 2016. Additionally, Louise held the position of Marketing Manager at Penthouse Casino & Card Club: KaiRo International between November 2013 and January 2015, and served as Group Marketing & PR Manager – Hospitality at Kirsten Bosch Ltd from May 2011 to November 2013. Early career experience includes working as an Entertainment Correspondent and Presenter at Dublin's FM104 from January 2004 to May 2011. Louise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production & Management from the University of West London and a Higher National Diploma in Media & Radio Production from Ballyfermot College of Further Education.
