David Noon serves as the Tax Director at Allied Irish Bank (GB) since September 2016, overseeing tax compliance and accounting for the UK and US operations while providing advisory support for restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory changes. Prior to this role, David held positions at EY from February 2006 to August 2016, including Senior International Tax Manager, where expertise was developed in optimizing tax positions for global financial services groups, encompassing complex aspects of tax law such as transaction design, cross-border financing, and risk management.
