Edwin Lo King Yau was appointed an Executive Director of the Company in May 2000. Mr. Lo is also director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. He holds a Master's Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia and is a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional. He had served various executive roles in several companies in Hong Kong including as company secretary for public listed companies. He is also an executive director of each of Tian An China Investments Company Limited and Asiasec Properties Limited.
