Alejandra Vanessa Villatoro Jereda is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Allied Global since April 2021. In this role, Alejandra is responsible for crafting precise job descriptions, optimizing job postings, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes. Alejandra also supports departmental leaders in hiring and firing, performs thorough pre-employment screenings, and maintains a robust external network to source top talent for various international companies. Previous experience includes positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Recruiter, as well as roles in technical support and human resources. Alejandra is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.
