Fernando Tinoco has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering roles. Fernando started their career in 2013 as a Technical Developer I at VERSATEC, where they developed web and desktop systems using .NET platform. Fernando then worked as a Programmer Analyst at Instituto de Protección y Sanidad Agropecuaria in 2015.
In 2016, Fernando joined Xolo, S.A as a Software Developer, where they developed and maintained applications for various clients, including an agricultural quarantine system for a government institution and an application for an insurance company. Fernando also worked as a Programming Analyst, responsible for migrating legacy applications to ASP.NET MVC projects and for supporting users during releases.
Moving on, Fernando worked at a Consulting Group as a Development Engineer Consultant from 2019 to 2021. Fernando then joined Opticall BPO as a Senior Software Developer, where they supported enterprise applications and developed new functionalities for managed care, inventory, and sales departments.
In 2021, Fernando joined The Stepstone Group as a .NET Developer. Their responsibilities included maintaining job board sites in multiple regions and collaborating on a project to develop a centralized site using React components.
Currently, Fernando is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Allied Global Technology Services, starting in 2023.
Throughout their career, Fernando has gained experience in various programming languages and platforms, and has collaborated with teams across different countries and cultures.
Fernando Tinoco completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE INGENIERIA UNI-RUSB, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the EFSET English Certificate, Exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3, MCSA: Web Applications - Certified, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified. These certifications were obtained in 2020 and 2022 from institutions such as Microsoft, EF Standard English Test (EF SET), and SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
