Chris Aquiline started their work experience in 1997 at Rockwell Automation - Reliance Electric/Dodge, where they served as a Sales representative until 2002. Chris then joined Johnson & Johnson as a Sales representative from 2002 to 2005. After that, they worked at Rockwell Automation - Allen-Bradley as a Sales representative from 2005 to 2008. Since 2008, they have been a partner and CFO at Allied Circuits.

Chris Aquiline received a BS in Industrial Distribution from Clarkson University in the years 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, they attended the State University of New York College at Potsdam, where they studied Math and Science. Aquiline later pursued an MBA from the University at Buffalo, completing their degree between 2002 and 2005.
