Livia Campos currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Allied Brasil since March 2021. Prior to this role, Livia held multiple positions at Greenlife Academias from March 2018 to February 2021, including Analista de Desenvolvimento Humano, Assistente de Desenvolvimento Humano, and Estagiária de Desenvolvimento Humano, where responsibilities included recruitment and selection, experience period follow-up, exit interviews, and support in internal marketing and training. Livia’s earlier experience includes an internship in human resources at Casa Pio from September 2017 to January 2019, focusing on recruitment and personnel department assistance, and an HR assistant role at Danashe Moda from January 2017 to July 2017, which involved supporting training and internal communication. Livia holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade de Fortaleza (2013-2019) and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy at CETCC (2023-2024).
