Tom Nallen has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked at Allianz Ireland since September 2001 in various managerial roles, including Head of Customer Corporate and Enterprise, MAT, SME & Social Portfolio Manager, and Marine & Aviation Manager. Responsibilities include managing four niche portfolios, leading a team of risk specialists, and overseeing budgeting, strategy development, business development, and portfolio performance management. Prior to this, Tom Nallen served as an Underwriter at RSA from September 1998 to January 2001, focusing on negotiating commercial insurance programs. Tom Nallen holds a Certificate in Climate Risk for Financial Service Professionals from Atlantic Technological University, an MSc in Strategic Management from DIT Graduate Business School, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Galway.
